We ship all across UAE. The delivery charges are mentioned during the check out process before the final payment. There is no delivery charge for cart amount above AED 100. Anything below will be charged at AED 20 per delivery.

Once your order is accepted and approved for shipping, it is handed over to our shipping partner. If address on file is correct our courier or shipping partner will deliver the order within 24 to 48 hours (May take longer for some remote areas.).

If our courier or shipping partners find any problem with the address, they might call for clarifications and directions.

Additional fee or delivery time may be required for delivery to remote areas. Remote areas will be highlighted on the checkout page.

If I place an order today. When shall I expect my shipment?
Your delivery schedule depends on the merchandise and the time that you place your order. Go to the Order section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.

What if I miss a delivery?
If you are not at home, our courier partner will call you to reschedule your delivery. Simply call our Customer Support team on +971 42984130, and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse/office?
Yes, you can pick the order from our office address. You need to call us or email us that you want to collect your order yourself. We shall assign a time for the pick up.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, we have cash on delivery as an option for payment. Right now we are not charging extra for any COD services but it is subject to change in future.
