Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Click on the product that you are interested in.

  • Choose a size of the product.
  • You can also change the color of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.
  • Click “ADD TO CART” button on the right.
  • Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  • When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CART” button.
  • Select your payment method
  • Check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email. and Click Checkout
Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can always check out as a guest without creating an account. On checkout, you’ll be presented with an option to create an account and save your order. You can skip this step to check out as a guest.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, we allow one hour after placing your order for amendments and cancellations to take place.

Please contact a member of the customer service team if you need to make an amendment to your order (this is not guaranteed if outside time frame). If you need to cancel, please follow the steps here.

How Can I Return a Product?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mummazone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
