How fast I can return the product?
As long as the product is unopened / without damage an in its original condition, you can return the product within 7 working days from the date of receipt by filling the return form and sending us the pictures of those images.

What Type of refund I can get?
After we come to know the product is returnable, we will give you the choice to purchase any other product as a replacement or you can your money back. And the replacement of the product is valid for 6months.
What can I do if the product with a manufacturer defect?
If you got any manufacturer defect / missing parts/damaged product kindly repack the item in the same box with all parts, manual and label you received and we will arrange the pickup from our side, we will submit under evaluation and testing
If the product is under manufacturer defect we will try to fix it and add missing parts or we will send you the replacement product to you.
Suppose the product is not under any problem as per your complaint we will send you back.
And there is no option for a refund once you raise a complaint after 7working days from receipt, and the validity of replacement will be 6months from the receipt.
How long it will take to return or replacement of return orders?
Once we get complaint from the customer we will collect the item within 24 or 48 hours.
Validation of the product will take 2 working days and the replacement or return will be done within 2 to 3 working days, once the validation done from our side.
Delivery destinations of mummazone return policy
The return policy only applicable within UAE. And we are unable to process the return policy while busy time like December and a month before Ramadan, unless the parts missing in your order / manufacturing defect.

- Products with extended delivery time

- Items that have been assembled, used, altered or installed, unless defective
- Items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels to be intact from the manufacturer
- Santa delivery orders are not eligible for return and refund unless damaged
- Items that are not in original condition and packaging (For example, it came in a sealed box or plastic packaging and this was removed, broken or torn)
- Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period
- Items on sale
- Electronic items where the original seal is broken
- Mentioned above products are not returnable
